LEGIC and EDPS ink partnership deal

In a move that LEGIC says will enable it to strengthen its presence in Eastern Europe, the contactless smart card supplier has agreed a partnership with systems integrator EDP Support (EDPS) Polska, giving EDPS direct access to LEGIC’s knowledge and technology.
In cooperation with other LEGIC partners, EDPS has already taken part in several projects using LEGIC’s all-in-one card technology. The two firms say the licence agreement underlines  EDPS’ strategy to establish further partnerships with suppliers of electronic security solutions and technology providers in the field of contactless identification. They add that the combination of LEGIC’s all-in-one card technology and EDPS’ multi-function systems and products enables them to respond faster to the Polish market’s increased demand for integrated advanced security and contactless personal ID systems.
