THE NEW CORVINA SOFTWARE FAMILY
Based on more than two decades of continuous development, Jura recently completely renewed its graphic security design software products. The new software series has been announced as Corvina software family, providing backward compatibility with the existing high-grade applications, which are in use in banknote and high security design worldwide. By the new software family Jura completely covers the whole high security design prepress workflow: the concept and functional design, the offset design, the intaglio design and the quality control. These flexible software contain hundreds of tools, including brand new elements, special proprietary features and unique possibilities, which cannot be found in any other application.
The Corvina brand name symbolizes the systematically collected knowledge, and it relates to the development, openness and future. The name refers to the world-renowned Renaissance library, Bibliotheca Corviniana, established by one of the greatest Hungarian kings, the art-loving humanist, Matthias Corvinus.
